Heated cabinets are an easy and cost effective way to keep moisture sensitive components dry during the manufacturing process.
By keeping the temperature above the atmospheric dew point no moisture will condense out onto the components thereby preventing the onset of corrosion during the manufacturing storage process.
These cabinets are not low humidity desiccator cabinets but sturdy industrial grade ovens that are thermostatically controlled to maintain a set temperature up to a maximum temperature of 50°C above ambient.
- Easy clean powder coated body
- Stainless steel interior with runners to support perforated trays
- Toughened glass doors
- Fan circulation
- Full two year warranty
- C.E. compliant
These insulated heated drying cabinets provide stable temperature control, allowing greater accuracy during the drying and warming process in addition to a reduction in energy requirements making them both highly efficient and very cost effective.
If components have been oil dipped or just have residual oil and or coolant on them, we can supply drip trays to collect the run off.
Optional data measurement and recording can be added to measure and/or log temperature and Humidity.
